Yes, I'll be back...because now and then my car wants more attention than I can give it...and I've found Central to be a good place to take it.

As always, great service from awesome people. Rocky has worked on both of my cars and always does great work. He always looks out for the customer- not the profit and is one of the most personable people I've met in Memphis. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

Took my car in to have front suspension work done. They did a fine, professional job in addressing the issues, and they keyed me in to a couple other issues I was having but that I didn't mention. Very satisfied with the level of professionalism, and they were far more economical than any other place I took it to have the work quoted.I have used them in the past, but was not completely happy; however I understand that the shop had recently been acquired by Winchester Tire and Alignment and decided to give them another try. I am glad I did.

The mechanics got a lot of knowledge on german cars , specially BMW, the price is rigth on the repairs, I will recomend this place if you have a german vehicle!!

When I visit my Mom in Memphis from San Francisco, I try to get some big things done for her. When her car needed repair, I got on line and talked to several car repair places. The people at Central Automotive gave me the most candid answers about what they could do and what their experience was.This is a husband and wife owned shop that has been around for years. They guarantee their work and they go out of their way in customer service. After the repair, you are sent an Internet link to sign in and track all of the automotive repair that you have had at this shop.They are honest and friendly. I felt I was cared about as well as my car!

My neighbor just referred me to Central Auto and I couldn't be happier. They have friendly, timely service and great mechanics. They can work on autos of all kinds, and luckily for me are great with BMW's. They repaired something on my car that would have been 3 times as much at the dealer. I will use them from now on.
